Themis
is the goddess of justice. She protects those who had
been wronged and the poor. She was the daughter of Uranos
and Gaia, so one of the
oldest gods. She has mastered the art of foretelling and the Oracle of
Delphi, before Apollo owned it, belonged to her.
She had
with Zeus the children the three Horen,
Eunomia,
Dike,
and Eirene as well as the
three Moiren Klotho, Lachesis and
Atropos.
